OVERVIEW
Having seen townhouses in North Melbourne we had completed, the client sought to transform their double storey speculative builders home, being just 15 years old, into a similarly contemporary home. The approach started with an analysis of the existing awkward compartmentalised spaces and resulted in a complete remodelling of the interior, primarily leaving the exterior envelope intact.
